This great guesthouse in Hongdae area is a friendly family-run guesthouse and Boa the daughter is the daily manager and her father, the architect, built the guesthouse. This place has perfect conditions for the traveler looking for best location, cleanliness and great service. Just from having met Boa once and some of her staff and by the sheer amount of thank you notes and cards in the communal kitchen room we are likely to belive it is true when it says that this guesthouse has the best service and warm atmosphere.

Just 5minutes walk from Hongik univ. station exit no.4 and bus stop. You can go to major tourist spots in Seoul very quickly and easily, (City hall, Gwanghwamun, Myeong-dong, etc.)
Just 10 minutes walk from Hongdae area, Seoul's most vibrant, artistic and progressive district.

There are many shops, cafes, restaurants, clubs, bars, convenience stores, street performances. Everything you want is here. You can also enjoy some of Seoul's best nightlife in Hongdae, and the guesthouse is far enough away for quiet sleep.

Right next to the guesthouse you will find an abundance of korean restaurants, convenience stores, grocery shops and even a pharmacy, big super market as well as a post office!

FYI. Boa Guesthouse has cooking utensils and prayer room only for Muslim guests.
