Seoul, which sits at the very center of Korean culture, is the ultimate mecca for coffee addicts and Instagrammers alike. I personally love coffee and can’t go on without drinking a coffee in the morning. There are more than 10 coffee shops within 5 minutes walking distance from my home. This is just to show coffee shops are everywhere and Koreans are one of the highest consumers of coffee in the world. If you love coffee and beauty, Seoul is a perfect place where you can look good and stay caffeinated at the same time. Here are some unique cafes you can visit after surgery.

Cafe Onion Anguk

A 3-min walk from the Bukchon Hanok Village

Fairly big hanok cafe in the area. It’s a great place to enjoy Korean architecture and their breads are also mind blowing. If you like onions or everything bagel, try their onion cream bread.  Also there is a salt bun and it’s a must eat so grab them if you see it! People literally wait till it comes out and they are gone is 20seconds. 

Zapangi Café

400-2 Mangwon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul

Zapangi means vending machine in Korean. It’s a secret cafe behind a vending machine. Vending machine is the actual door and as soon as you walk in, almost everything on the menu is pretty in pink. Cakes are served in tins and milk in adorable corked glass bottles. Whipped cream toppings even come rainbow-colored. 

Cafe Yeonnam-dong 223-14

Seongsan 1 World Cup Buk-ro 12 An-gil, Il-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul

This is a cartoon themed café. It was inspired by the k-drama W – Two Worlds. You can experience what the characters did as you step into this 360-degree realm where literally everything turns into a three-dimensional drawing. Popcorn Cafe Frappe or Green Green Milk are a must grab!

943 Kings Cross Harry Potter Café

417 Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul

This is a must visit if you are fan of Harry Potter. This cafe is known for its mesmerizing ambiance that takes you straight to Hogwarts! Located in Hongdae Seoul, this cafe is bound to make your dining experience memorable. They offer a delicious Americano and it’s a good place to take pictures. Just make sure you don’t visit them on Mondays since they are closed.

Thanks Nature Café a.k.a Sheep café

If you love sheep, this is a place to go in Hongdae. They serve typical coffee and deserts but this café is unique since there’s no other coffee shops where they actually have sheep inside. You are more than welcome to touch and feed them. 

Cafe Mula

This is fashionable minimalistic café. This places offers transparent windows and sealing where you can sit and watch people walk by in trendy clothes. Classic King Size Tiramisu is a perfect match with an Americano in this place. This café is located in a convenient area close to the plastic surgery clinics.
